Clinical Laboratory Scientist
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and other regulatory requirements
- Accurately perform testing of blood products
- Accurately record, interpret, review and report test results
- Verify acceptability of blood samples
- Prepare and pack blood samples for send-out testing
- Properly use laboratory equipment
- Properly perform and review quality control and preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Accurately maintain laboratory records; adhere to proper flow of paperwork
- Accurately label blood products
- Accurately perform quarantine, destruction, and release of blood products

Compliance Officer
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the entire practice
- Ensure the practice is in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies.
- Ensure the company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company’s Standards of Conduct
- Ensure the company is compliant with all HIPPA, CMS and OSHA requirements
- Perform patient chart audits to assess individual and organizational compliance with all aspects of the practice.
- Oversee facility licensing compliance, including CMS, CLIA, Clinic Dispensary License and Staff Credentialing
- The Compliance Officer will directly report to the Administrator of the practice and the Advisory Board Committee
Job Requirements
